PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your order details upon placing your order. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMEFRAMES
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Available for all locations within Tunisia
- FREE for orders over 100 TND
- Shipping Cost: 8-15 TND depending on location

Express Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 2-3 business days
- Available for major cities in Tunisia
- Shipping Cost: 25 TND

International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 10-21 business days
- Available to most countries worldwide
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Customs and import duties may apply for international orders

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Destination address
- Weight of the package
- Shipping method selected

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country of residence. The buyer is responsible for these additional charges. Ami Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
